SHB Homefield Services LLC is currently in need of experienced property preservation contractors in it’s home state of California and across the USA. We are always expanding and looking to cover new areas in all the states across the country. - Aspen Grove Identification (ABC#) number with level 1 security clearance
- Liability Insurance covering up to $1 million worth of damages/claims
- E&O insurance up to $1 million in addition to the general liability is preferred but not mandatory
- A valid driver’s license in USA
- Basic knowledge on property inspections and have equipment’s to complete any preservation work
- Further documentation will be required after successful review and initial screening of the application.
